HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.
• Serve as a point of contact with employment agencies, colleges, and recruitment consultants.
• Handle and coordinate with external vendors and consultants for HR-related services.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost workplace morale and satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive employee documentation and HR records.
• Manage group health insurance and employee welfare programs.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and exit interviews.
• Collaborate closely with all departmental heads and directors.
• Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related concerns and queries.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters degree in human resources or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
• Skilled in multitasking, time management, and working under pressure.
• High level of patience and strong listening skills.
