HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively
• Administer attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the finance team
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting
• Assist in training and development initiatives for employee skill enhancement
• Maintain HR records and generate regular HR reports
• Facilitate smooth communication between employees and management
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs
• Support statutory compliance and audits related to PF, ESI, and other labor regulations

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (if any)
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Salary: Up to ?4.2 LPA (depending on experience and skills)
