Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for 

  IT and Non-IT

   roles across all levels and industries.
• Collaborate with the business team to understand job requirements and deliver profiles accordingly.
• Source candidates using 

  portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals

  , etc.
• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, tracker sheets, and weekly status reports.
• Ensure timely closures and contribute to revenue growth through consistent performance.
• Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience

   in recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
• Experience working with 

  job portals, LinkedIn, social sourcing

  , and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented mindset.
• Self-disciplined and motivated to work in a remote environment.
• Prior agency/consultancy experience is preferred.
