Nice To Have: - Experience in a cybersecurity or technology company, particularly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Basic familiarity with Microsoft Security solutions (e.g., Defender, Sentinel) to understand the broader business landscape. - Knowledge of remote and hybrid workforce HR best practices, given the nature of modern security operations. - Exposure to automation tools or HR process optimization, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
