Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview: As an HR Manager (Generalist) at India Infotech, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing core HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with the company's business goals. Your role will involve end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees, as well as managing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
