Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies; manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and conduct training programs; identify training needs and coordinate professional development.
• Oversee payroll processing and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Plan and execute team-building activities and company events; manage logistics for workshops and social gatherings.
• Monitor office budgets and expenses; maintain financial records and provide them to Finance team.

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Curiosity and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types:

Full-time, Fresher

Salary:

₹1,80,000 - ₹3,00,000 per year

Day range:

Monday to Friday

New Delhi, reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
