• Run HR operations like a pro — GreytHR, Slack, MS Office — all your power tools.
• Handle liaising with government departments, coordinate tender requirements, and manage all bidding & documentation end-to-end.
• Hire the right ones, and gracefully exit the wrong ones.
• Decode people, uplift morale, and handle pressure like a Zen master in sneakers.
• Keep communication sharp, fluent, and always human.
• Adapt to change faster than a building redesign.
• Build teams that don’t just work — they click.

🧠 Your Toolkit

• 3–7 years of solid HR experience (bonus if from creative or construction/consultancy setups).
• Strong command of English — polished, clear, and confident.
• Proficiency in GreytHR, Slack, and MS Office.
• Good to have-Knowledge of tender processes, government coordination, and official documentation.
• Unshakable judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to “read the room.”
• A dash of smart manipulation — because let’s be honest, every great HR knows when to bend the rules. 😉
