Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at our location in Udaipur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in

  recruitment

  coordination job postings, scheduling, candidate communication
• Support smooth

  onboarding & documentation

  for new team members
• Maintain organized employee records, leave logs, and attendance updates
• Help implement company policies and SOPs
• Help foster a great workplace culture
• Assist in HR compliance (offer letters, contracts, ID collection)

Qualifications

• A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Any HR related certification is a plus
