Job Description

Keystone Security is a USA-based service provider of security solutions for the loss prevention market, specializing in Video Verification for the Commercial and Private sectors. We provide security solutions to help our customers prevent loss of life, property, and other valuable assets. Our state-of-the-art technology and trained professionals deliver guaranteed service levels and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
Support the recruitment process including job postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and benefits administration using HRMS platforms.
Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and followed in line with company guidelines and labor laws.
Assist in performance management processes such as collecting employee feedback and supporting review cycles.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and orientation programs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain data to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Familiarity with HRMS platforms and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Basic knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
