Job Description

About the Role Keystone Security is on a mission to help organizations protect life, property, and critical infrastructure through smart, tech-driven security systems. We're looking for a Quality Manager who can take ownership of service reliability — someone who’s sharp, detail-focused, and ready to dive deep into incident investigations and operational audits. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the standards our clients rely on, ensuring that every response, process, and escalation meets the level of trust we promise. What You’ll Be Doing Investigate service or security incidents thoroughly to identify causes and corrective actions. Perform routine quality audits across operational workflows, systems, and team outputs. Ensure every breach, escalation, or client concern is tracked, documented, and resolved properly. Work closely with internal ops and tech teams to close gaps and improve procedures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag potential risks before they escalate. Prepare quality reports and insights for leadership and client transparency. What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience in operations, quality control, or incident investigation (preferably in a security-related domain). A background in handling investigations or root-cause analysis — someone who doesn’t miss the details. Strong communication skills, especially when documenting findings or collaborating across teams. Experience with tools like Immix, Avigilon, Camect, or access control systems like Brivo is a big plus. A proactive mindset — you’re the type who flags problems before they happen. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Security Management, or a related field. Show more Show less
