• Develop, maintain, and iterate on full-stack features using

• Build responsive, user-centric UIs with

  Tailwind CSS

• Design and integrate

  REST APIs

  GraphQL

  endpoints.
• Work across

  PostgreSQL

  ,

  MySQL

  , and

  MongoDB

  databases.
• Collaborate with a lean team of engineers, designers, and product owners to ship quickly and iterate fast.
• Implement secure and scalable authentication & role-based access control.
• Perform debugging, code reviews, and performance improvements in live systems.
• Be involved in architectural and product decisions — not just execution.
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years

  of full-time experience, ideally in a

  startup or lean tech team

  .
• Solid hands-on skills in

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  ,

  React.js

  , and

  Node.js

  .
• Comfort working with

  NestJS

  , Express, or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong eye for detail in UI, with experience using

  Tailwind CSS

  or CSS-in-JS tools.
• Good database understanding —

  SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

  and/or

  NoSQL (MongoDB)

• A problem-solver mindset — someone who can figure things out, suggest solutions, and adapt.
• Previous experience working in agile teams and contributing to real product releases.
