Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery and timelines. Coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Track KPIs, perform quality checks, and ensure standards are met. Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively. Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company and industry norms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or project management. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and act on data. Proficiency in budgeting, reporting tools, and project platforms. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory processes.
