We are hiring for roles in Change, Incident, and Problem Management. Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

1. Incident Management:

• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents using SIEM and other security tools.
• Lead investigations into security breaches, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to identify gaps and improve response capabilities.
• Document incidents thoroughly, including timelines, actions taken, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with SOC, IT, and risk teams to ensure effective incident handling.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.

2. Change Management:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT changes, including assessment, approval, implementation, and review.
• Evaluate change requests for risk, impact, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, cybersecurity, and business units to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and decision-making processes.
• Maintain and improve change management policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor and report on change success rates, disruptions, and unauthorized changes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.

3. Problem Management:

• Lead problem investigations and root cause analyses for major and recurring incidents.
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement permanent fixes and preventive measures.
• Maintain and update the problem management database and known error records.
• Develop and track problem resolution plans and ensure timely closure.
• Facilitate Problem Review Boards and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and cybersecurity.
• Analyze incident trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and organizational standards.
