Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations asneeded Requirements Skills Required: Masters Degree from a reputed institute with solid experienceof 8+ years in Enterprise Account Management Proven work experience as an Enterprise Account Manager,Customer Success Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevantrole Proven track record of managing client relationships anddelivering exceptional service Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence keystakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executiveand C-level. Experience with SaaS or enterprises based products would begreat Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projectsat a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularlyMS Excel) Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
