Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage a strong portfolio of our Enterprise Customer Base andprovide strategic guidance to help them achieve their businessobjectives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, includingsales, marketing, product, and engineering to deliver solutionsthat meet our customers needs
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existingcustomers across C-suite level
Develop and execute account plans that align with the clientsobjectives
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progressagainst objectives and ensure their ongoing satisfaction
Contract Negotiation & deal closing to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts,customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterlyinitiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areasof improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly salesresults and annual forecasts.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations asneeded
Requirements
Skills Required:

Masters Degree from a reputed institute with solid experienceof 8+ years in Enterprise Account Management
Proven work experience as an Enterprise Account Manager,Customer Success Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevantrole
Proven track record of managing client relationships anddelivering exceptional service
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence keystakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executiveand C-level.
Experience with SaaS or enterprises based products would begreat
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projectsat a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularlyMS Excel)
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
