Recruitment and Onboarding βœ“ Develop job descriptions, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. βœ“ Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation. B. Employee Records Management βœ“ Maintain and update employee files, records, and databases (digital & physical). βœ“ Track attendance, leave, and performance data. C. Payroll and Benefits Administration βœ“ Coordinate with accounts for timely payroll processing. βœ“ Handle employee benefits, reimbursements, etc. D. Employee Engagement and Welfare βœ“ Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness programs. βœ“ Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work culture. E. Performance Management βœ“ Assist in goal-setting, appraisals, and performance evaluation processes. βœ“ Ensure proper documentation and feedback mechanisms are in place. SD 2. Operations Management A. Process Oversight βœ“ Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. βœ“ Monitor internal processes and recommend improvements to optimize productivity. B. Coordination Between Departments βœ“ Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. βœ“ Ensure timely delivery of operational tasks and projects. C. Inventory and Procurement βœ“ Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. βœ“ Maintain stock levels and vendor relationships. D. Facility and Infrastructure Management βœ“ Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities. βœ“ Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and upkeep. E.
