Recruitment and Onboarding β Develop job descriptions, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. β Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation. B. Employee Records Management β Maintain and update employee files, records, and databases (digital & physical). β Track attendance, leave, and performance data. C. Payroll and Benefits Administration β Coordinate with accounts for timely payroll processing. β Handle employee benefits, reimbursements, etc. D. Employee Engagement and Welfare β Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness programs. β Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work culture. E. Performance Management β Assist in goal-setting, appraisals, and performance evaluation processes. β Ensure proper documentation and feedback mechanisms are in place. SD 2. Operations Management A. Process Oversight β Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. β Monitor internal processes and recommend improvements to optimize productivity. B. Coordination Between Departments β Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. β Ensure timely delivery of operational tasks and projects. C. Inventory and Procurement β Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. β Maintain stock levels and vendor relationships. D. Facility and Infrastructure Management β Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities. β Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and upkeep. E.
