About the Role

Vedhik IAS Academy invites passionate educators, mentors, and UPSC aspirants to join our Foundation Programme Team for school-level civil services orientation. The role involves simplifying UPSC subjects for young learners, fostering analytical thinking, and nurturing civil service aspirations early.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive classes based on the structured Foundation syllabus. • Simplify UPSC core subjects for school-level understanding. • Prepare short notes, worksheets, and quizzes aligned with NCERT and UPSC frameworks. • Develop topic-based MCQs and short assessments. • Motivate students to build curiosity and critical thinking habits. • Participate in academic review meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Graduates in relevant subjects or candidates who have appeared for UPSC Prelims/Mains. • Strong communication and conceptual clarity. • Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.

Full-Time Faculty – Civil Services (1-Year Regular Aspirant Programme)

Location: Vedhik IAS Academy, Kochi (with potential zonal assignments)Mode: Full-Time (Offline/Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, research-oriented, and inspiring educators to lead our full-time Civil Services batches. The faculty will design, deliver, and refine UPSC-centric learning for graduate-level aspirants in our one-year Integrated Programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive classes for Prelims and Mains (as per UPSC syllabus). • Design and update study modules, question banks, and revision materials. • Mentor aspirants through doubt-clearing, performance tracking, and personal guidance. • Coordinate with the academic team for integrated test series and evaluations. • Deliver orientation workshops and motivational sessions. • Contribute to Vedhik’s online learning resources and research-based content development.

Qualifications

• Postgraduates or professionals with UPSC Mains experience or strong academic background in related subjects. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to teach UPSC syllabus with conceptual depth and real-world application. • Prior coaching or mentoring experience preferred.Preferred Additional Skills • Content writing / test design ability. • Comfort with digital teaching platforms (Zoom, LMS, etc.). • Team collaboration and student mentoring mindset.
