Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Administration Faculty to join our UPSC preparation team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the subject, a clear understanding of the UPSC syllabus and trends, and the ability to mentor students through high-quality teaching, content development, and strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured and engaging lectures on Paper I and Paper II of the Public Administration Optional. Design and conduct answer writing sessions , evaluate answers, and provide detailed feedback. Create and update high-quality content: notes, test series, model answers, and classroom presentations. Analyze past year UPSC papers and prepare students based on changing exam trends. Provide mentorship to students and help them understand complex concepts and administrative theories. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure personalized guidance. Coordinate with academic and admin teams to ensure timely completion of syllabus.
