The Role we are seeking is a self-starting and experienced HR/Admin Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience. This role is foundational; you will be responsible for setting up and streamlining our key HR processes. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, ready to integrate into our existing company culture, and instrumental in helping us transition to a more structured and corporate environment through professional HR practices. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that requires coordination across all internal teams.


Key Responsibilities :

HR & Recruitment Management

  • Process Setup & Policy Development: Take the lead in developing, documenting, and implementing core HR policies and procedures from the ground up, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for open positions, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, issuing offer letters, and managing the new-hire onboarding process.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Handle all essential employee documentation, including file management and coordinating the exit process (full & final settlement, exit interviews).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary HR point of contact, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless HR operations.


Administration & Culture

  • Office Management: Oversee general administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute office events and initiatives that foster employee engagement, team building, and align with company values.
  • Corporate Transition: Serve as a champion for professionalizing the company, introducing best-practice HR and administrative standards to support our corporate growth objectives.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR or HR/Admin role, preferably within a growing organization.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Process-Driven: A track record of successfully setting up, documenting, or improving internal processes and policies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. We need someone who can see a need and build the solution.
  • Open-Minded & Adaptable: Willingness to quickly blend into the existing company culture while possessing the vision and drive to introduce positive structural changes.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting policies, offer letters, and coordinating with teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for policy documentation and file management.
