Role Description – HR Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Mahim, Mumbai)

energetic and responsible HR Executive

PF, ESIC, EPF, and other government compliance processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 

  end-to-end recruitment

   — sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Ensure timely 

  PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance

  .
• Coordinate with government departments and consultants for 

  EPF filings and labor law compliance

  .
• Manage 

  employee engagement

  , motivation, and internal communications.
• Conduct 

  induction and training sessions

   for new joiners.
• Support in 

  performance evaluations, appraisals, and grievance handling

  .
• Assist management in implementing 

  HR policies and welfare initiatives

  .

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

   in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1

  –3 years of HR experience

   (preferably in hospitality, retail, or wellness industry).
• Good knowledge of 

  PF, ESIC, EPF, and statutory compliance procedures

  .
• Strong 

  recruitment and people management skills

  .
• Excellent 

  communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

  .

• Jovial, positive, and people-friendly personality

   with the ability to engage teams.
• Proficiency in 

  MS Office, Excel, and HR software

   tools.
