Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, addressing employee grievances, and implementing performance management systems. Additional duties involve employee development and engagement activities. Qualifications Recruitment, Interviewing, and Onboarding skills Knowledge of HR Strategies, Policies, and Labor Laws Experience in Employee Relations and Grievance Handling Skills in Performance Management and Employee Development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM) is a plus Experience in the wellness or service industry is advantageous
