Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop effective strategies accordingly.
• Calculate and process employees' payroll, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
• Monitor and manage staff holidays and leave requests to ensure accurate records of available time off.
• Support the performance management process, assisting in tracking and documenting employee performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information and employment history.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Qualifications Required:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Admin or related roles (preferred in an edtech company).
• Strong track record in recruitment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles may be beneficial.
• Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas.
