Duties

• Talent acquisition.
• compensation ,benefits and payroll.
• Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to support career development and organizational stability.
• Facilitate change management initiatives by developing strategic plans for organizational design and workforce management improvements.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively while fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Support training & development programs by coordinating workshops and professional growth opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.

Experience
