Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive at KL Deemed to be University, your role will involve preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies on academic portals, and coordinating with various departments. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both teaching and non-teaching positions. This includes screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the final selection process. Additionally, you will be coordinating subject expert interactions and final HR rounds. Qualifications Required: - MBA or Any Equivalent degree Experience: - Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are preferred. Only 2-4 years of experience are strictly required.
