Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Jogeshwari. If you’re someone who wants to learn real estate marketing, get hands-on experience, and be part of a fast-growing team, this role is a great place to start.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role with a 6-day working structure. Kindly apply only if you can fully commit to this requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates through portals, social media, references, and internal databases
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and managers
• Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment reports
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
