Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Tiruchirappalli. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and facilitating communication between management and staff. They will also oversee compliance with labor laws and ensure employee satisfaction and engagement through various initiatives. Organizing training sessions and handling HR-related queries will be part of the role as well.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
• Experience in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating team collaboration and addressing employee concerns
• Proficiency in managing HR systems, tools, and general administrative tasks
• Problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in human resources management or a similar role is an advantage
• Familiarity with current HR practices and regulations
