About the Role

Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive, you will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment, manage employee records, and help implement HR processes aligned with company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR operations including attendance management and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices.
• Communicate with employees and address basic HR-related queries.
• Coordinate training sessions, orientation programs, and team activities.
• Contribute to a positive work culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Freshers or candidates with

  up to 6 months of HR experience
