As an intern at Etherea Essentia, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR and Operations team in various tasks. Your responsibilities will include posting internships and job openings on platforms such as Internshala, screening incoming resumes, and conducting initial screening calls with shortlisted candidates. You will also be responsible for explaining the company profile clearly, highlighting our high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment with a basic office setup. Furthermore, you will conduct and supervise assessments for shortlisted candidates, schedule interviews with domain-specific team members and executives, and arrange final interview rounds with the founder or co-founder. Additionally, you will share offer letters and complete onboarding formalities for selected candidates, handle documentation, maintain follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate joining process. It will be your responsibility to maintain organized records of candidate data, assessments, interviews, and hiring status. You will also be required to approach colleges and institutions to coordinate placement drives and internship tie-ups. Apart from HR work, you will assist in general office administrative tasks and help in preparing and structuring the initial team for our startup.
