Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kanpur. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, including developing and maintaining HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Daily responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisals, as well as facilitating training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proven ability to maintain and develop HR Policies and processes
• Experience in building and ensuring positive Employee Relations
• Comprehensive understanding of general Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar Human Resources role is preferred
