Job Description

Examines, diagnoses, treats, and advises patients on dental issues Diagnosing and treating: Examining patients, diagnosing and treating dental conditions, and performing routine check-ups Performing procedures: Cleaning teeth, filling cavities, performing extractions, root canals, Providing preventative care: Applying sealants, using whitening treatments, and recommending fluoride treatments Educating patients: Advising patients on diet choices that affect oral health, instructing them on best practices, and recommending the best brushes and toothpaste Creating treatment plans: Based on patients' oral health needs and working with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive care Keeping records: Maintaining accurate records of patient care and treatment plans Job Type: Permanent Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
