Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end supply and maintenance of all operational resources, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to maintain seamless office functionality.
• Ensure timely ordering and restocking of office inventory.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises.
• Coordinate the activities of support staff, including maids, cooks, cleaners, and ensure task completion by providing proper guidence.
• Create work schedules and delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
• Monitor expenditures and maintain records for financial accountability.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement and maintenance services.
• Address day-to-day operational issues related to office procedures.
• Develop solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs associated with resource management.

Qualifications Required:

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in field & floor operations, procurement or hotel management related role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
