Job Title: Senior Interior Designer (Design Head) 📍 Location: Hyderabad (or specify if remote/hybrid) Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design development, project management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Design Development Lead teams in conceptualizing and developing design solutions for diverse projects. Create and present design concepts (2D & 3D) to clients and stakeholders. 🔹 Project Management Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, successful delivery. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure design intent. 🔹 Team Leadership Mentor junior designers in design skills, technical knowledge, and industry best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. 🔹 Client Relationships Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences. Effectively communicate project progress and design solutions. 🔹 Design Quality Ensure designs meet brand standards, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and maintain quality control.
