Job Title: Senior Interior Designer (Design Head)📍 Location: Hyderabad (or specify if remote/hybrid)Job Summary:We’re seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design development, project management, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Design DevelopmentLead teams in conceptualizing and developing design solutions for diverse projects.Create and present design concepts (2D & 3D) to clients and stakeholders.🔹 Project ManagementOversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, successful delivery.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure design intent.🔹 Team LeadershipMentor junior designers in design skills, technical knowledge, and industry best practices.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.🔹 Client RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.Effectively communicate project progress and design solutions.🔹 Design QualityEnsure designs meet brand standards, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and maintain quality control.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field8–10 years of interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead roleStrong portfolio demonstrating design and project management expertiseExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency in design software (Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principlesPreferred Qualifications:LEED AP or WELL AP certificationExperience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) softwareKnowledge of space planning and FF&E specification softwareWhat We Offer:Competitive salary & benefitsProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative, dynamic work environment📧 Apply now: hr@varmagroup.co.in📞 Contact: +91 99661 11397
