HR Executive

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Payroll & Attendance Management

Maintain accurate attendance records and leave tracking.
Prepare and share payroll inputs with the accounts team.
Ensure timely processing of salary, reimbursements, and other benefits.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Grievance Handling

Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Ensure timely resolution and documentation of grievances.

Training & Development

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
Track training attendance and feedback.

Compliance & Labour Laws

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain and update HR-related legal and compliance documents.

General HR Operations

Maintain employee records and personal files.
Support audits and HR reporting as needed.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of HR experience
in a similar role.
Prior experience in a
manufacturing setup
is
highly preferred
.
Good knowledge of
Indian labour laws
and
statutory compliance
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Graduation is mandatory.

🗓 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
