We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing & Client Servicing Executive to
manage digital campaigns, optimize performance marketing strategies, and ensure seamless
client communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with
paid media, and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn
Ads, etc.).
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta
Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
● Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversions and ROAS.
● Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI.
● Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and industry best practices.
Client Servicing:
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and
marketing goals.
● Develop and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
● Address client concerns proactively and ensure high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing and client servicing.
● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media
platforms.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or
similar.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
● A keen understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
