Role Description

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sales, marketing, site, admin roles)
• Conduct interviews and manage onboarding formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and labor laws
• Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking
• Plan employee engagement and retention activities
• Manage grievance handling and conflict resolution
• Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs
• Coordinate training and skill development sessions
• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review
• Support manpower planning and organizational development

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent
• 2–5 years of HR experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable personality
