HR Executive


Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Support the resolution of minor employee concerns and help maintain a positive workplace culture.

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain entry-level talent.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job descriptions, initial screening of resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle administrative tasks for pre-joining formalities, such as preparing basic documentation and filing.

Onboarding, Exit & Documentation Management

  • Assist in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and completing necessary documentation.
  • Support the exit process by assisting with exit interviews and preparing documentation for full & final settlements.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, personal files, and essential HR documentation.

Leave, Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Oversee and track employee leave and attendance records, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in managing timesheet data and work-hour monitoring.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team for accurate payroll processing, including data input for salary, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

Admin & Facility Support

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing office administration and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for basic office supplies and maintenance needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Support efforts to drive organizational culture and HR initiatives across teams.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in an HR support or HR administration role.

  • Foundational knowledge of basic labor laws, HR practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
