Job Summary

E-commerce Executive


Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations & Sales Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, with a focus on

    Shopify

    to ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Drive online sales performance through effective strategy, execution, and promotional campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Implement

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    best practices for product pages, category pages, and site content to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Oversee

    Account Management

    for all online marketplaces and retail channels, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
  • Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges processes in coordination with logistics and operations teams.


Analytics and Performance

  • Utilize

    strong Analytical Skills

    to track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, traffic, ROI of campaigns).
  • Conduct regular

    data analysis

    to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in the customer experience and sales funnel.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management, providing actionable insights.


Team and Leadership

  • Demonstrate excellent

    Team Management skills

    to oversee, guide, and motivate a small sales team.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and product teams to align e-commerce activities with broader business and brand strategies.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years

    of progressive experience in an E-commerce or digital sales role.
  • Proven hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining an e-commerce platform, preferably

    Shopify

    .
  • Demonstrable knowledge and application of

    SEO techniques

    (on-page and technical) for product and content optimization.
  • Proven track record in driving

    Sales

    performance and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expertise in

    Sales Management

    and setting operational standards for an online business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent

    communication and organizational skills

    with a keen eye for detail.
