Creative Collaboration Work closely with designers, stylists, merchandisers, and marketing team Contribute creative inputs for concepts, storytelling, and shoot planning Assist in creating mood boards, references, and visual direction Align visuals with brand story, campaigns, and seasonal launches Required Skills & Experience 26 years of experience in bridal / fashion cinematography & photography Strong storytelling ability with creative and technical soundness Hands-on experience in: Reels & short-form videos Bridal films & fashion shoots E-commerce photography & product shoots Independent editing of photos and videos Proficiency in: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve Lightroom / Photoshop Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, motion, and aesthetics Add-On (Good to Have) Knowledge of social media content trends and formats Understanding of what drives organic reach on Instagram & YouTube Experience working with fashion / bridal / ethnic wear brands Familiarity with influencer or creator-led content What We're Looking For A creator , not just an operator Someone who understands luxury, emotion, and bridal storytelling Strong execution mindset, ownership, and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shoot-driven environment
