Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, execution-driven Social Media Executive

Indian fashion, ethnic wear, bridal aesthetics, and storytelling

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic Social Media Growth

• Plan and execute

  organic growth strategies

  (no fake followers, no vanity metrics)
• Drive

  real engagement

  : views, shares, comments, saves, profile visits
• Understand platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Create content flows that keep users

  watching, interacting, and returning

2. Content Strategy & Storytelling

• Build a

  content calendar

  aligned with brand aesthetics and audience interest
• Ensure content flows logically — reels → carousels → stories → BTS → UGC
• Understand what

  fashion audiences want to watch, share, and discuss

• Translate trends into brand-relevant content

  , not copy-paste trends

3. Community Building

• Build and nurture a

  like-minded, fashion-focused community

• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers authentically

• Encourage conversations, polls, questions, and interactions

• Collaborate with creators, stylists, and micro-influencers organically

4. Shoot Coordination & Content Creation

• Coordinate and assist in

  photoshoots and video shoots

• Help with shoot planning: mood boards, references, content requirements

• Work closely with photographers, videographers, models, and stylists

• Ensure enough content is created for multiple formats and platforms

5. Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling
• Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting timings
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and consistency

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in

  social media for fashion / lifestyle / ethnic wear

• Strong understanding of organic reach & engagement

• Knowledge of Indian ethnic fashion, bridal wear, trends, fabrics, styling

• Comfortable with reels, short-form videos, and visual storytelling

• Understanding of tools like:

• Instagram Insights

• Meta Business Suite
• Canva / CapCut / basic editing tools
