With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to elevate the Tajore brand and drive engagement. Your role will involve conceptualizing, capturing, and editing photos and videos with a keen eye for storytelling and aesthetics. **Responsibilities:** - **E-commerce Visual Production (Photography & Video):** - Plan and execute product photography and videos for online platforms. - Maintain consistency in lighting, styling, and composition. - Manage high volumes of visual content production efficiently. - **Instagram Reels & Short-Form Content Creation (Photography & Video):** - Conceptualize and produce engaging Instagram Reels and short-form content. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand strategy. - Utilize creative techniques for attention-grabbing visuals. - **Campaign Production & Cinematography Focus (Photography & Video):** - Develop creative concepts for campaign shoots with a cinematic approach. - Collaborate with stylists and creative directors for desired aesthetics. - Capture high-quality footage aligning with brand identity. - **Post-Production Mastery (Photo & Video Editing):** - Perform advanced editing, retouching, and color correction. - Utilize professional editing software for enhancing visuals. - Manage digital assets for a streamlined workflow. - **Creative Direction & Collaboration:** - Contribute to concept development for shoots. - Collaborate with cross-functional team members. - Stay updated on fashion trends and visual techniques. - **Equipment Management:** - Maintain and troubleshoot photography and videography equipment. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion photography and videography. - Strong portfolio in e-commerce, Instagram Reels, and campaign production. - Proficiency in videography/cinematography equipment and editing software. - Understanding of fashion trends and storytelling principles. - Excellent communication and time-management skills. **Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skillset):** - Knowledge of sound design and audio editing. - Experience with studio management and cinematic lighting setups.,
