The Content and Social Media Manager will develop the brands visual identity and lead campaign shoots and other content creation. They will also develop and execute digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms. This role includes driving customer acquisition and retention through engaging content, influencer collaborations, and data-driven optimization. The individual will also manage website transformation projects and leverage advanced analytics tools to understand and act on consumer behaviour trends. Role & responsibilities Oversee shoots of multiple collections for different occasions within a short period. Give each campaign and collection its required individual treatment while retaining a common thread which helps in building brand identity and distinctiveness. Deliver cost efficiency and high output productivity because of the shoot workload. Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to strengthen the brands online presence and customer engagement. Drive traffic and conversions through targeted campaigns on key social media platforms. Create engaging content to attract and retain new and existing customers, driving footfall to stores. Utilize customer insights to personalize campaigns and enhance user experience. Plan and manage influencer and blogger collaboration programs to amplify brand visibility. Ensure consistent social amplification of campaigns across platforms through influencer partnerships. Monitor online conversations, track social listening, and generate actionable insights.Conduct regular reporting on campaign performance and audience engagement to refine strategies. Oversee website UI/UX transformation projects to ensure an optimized and engaging user journey. Map consumer behaviour using tools such as GA360, Adobe Analytics, and other customer intelligence platforms. Identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve digital performance and customer experience. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have done Full time MBA Should have minimum 4 years experience in Social Media Marketing. Should have exposure in well known Apparel or any Luxury fashion brand
