Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The Human Resources Executive will also manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes Experience in HR operations and creating and implementing HR policies Strong expertise in handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and fostering a positive workplace environment 1–3 years of HR experience Bachelors degree or equivalent Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best HR practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills Relevant educational qualification (e.g., a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field) Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
