Job Title: HR Executive (Manufacturing Industry)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Company Overview:

Archana Flowers is a leading manufacturer of artificial flowers. The company imports materials from China, assembles them in Surat, and supplies high-quality decorative products to B2B clients across India.

Role Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and general administration. The role requires a self-driven, communicative, and organized individual who can effectively handle day-to-day HR and office activities in a growing manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for manufacturing and office roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee attendance records and leave management systems.

• Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance coordination.

• Support employee engagement, performance evaluation, and grievance handling.

• Monitor manpower planning and coordinate with department heads for resource requirements.

• Maintain HR documentation like personnel files, contracts, and policy records, offer letters, etc.

• Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between office and factory operations.

• Implement and improve HR policies, processes, and employee communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 2.5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and labor compliance processes.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.

• Hardworking, disciplined, and professional in behavior and attitude.
