Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Promote and sell floral arrangements, decorations, and event-related services. Identify business opportunities through client visits, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and setup for events. Maintain records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Represent Archana Flowers at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Provide input for product development and customer trends. Preferred candidate profile Proven sales experience, preferably in retail, floral, or event-related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
