Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting the hospital’s services, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Primary tasks include understanding clients’ needs, presenting the hospital's offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities to engage with clients and explain services clearly.
• Customer relationship management skills, including maintaining client records and addressing concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of the veterinary or pet care industry is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
