Field Recruiter -Logistics Operations Executive

Designation: Executive – HR - Field Recruiter 

Role & responsibilities :

• Should have a minimum 5 year experience in End-to-End Recruitment.

• Calling Candidates, Reviewing CVs, and shortlisting candidates.

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential delivery executives through various channels, including job fairs, community outreach, BTL marketing activitie,s and networking events.

• Monitor staffing levels and adjust recruitment efforts as needed to meet business needs

• Track and analyse staffing metrics, such as time-to-fill and turnover rates, to identify areas for improvement

• Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and promote employee satisfaction

• Target Achievement: Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment-related data, including candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring decisions.

• Should maintain employees’ details and complete the joining formalities along with induction.

• Well-organized, Confident, and Presentable personality. Communication skills should be good, Adaptable, and Fluent in communication.

• Good interpersonal skills along with good English, Hindi, and Marathi communication ability

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a track record of successful placements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Language Proficiency – English  / Hindi / Tamil
