Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kochi. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and administering employee benefits. The HR Manager will also play a key role in talent management and organizational development to support the company's growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
