Our client list includes Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all—we also run three sister brands:

  • Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
  • Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
  • Mudkart – An terracotta based eco-construction company.


What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the heartbeat of our people operations, making sure teams are aligned, engaged, and growing together. Your role goes beyond just HR—it’s about building culture, driving initiatives, and ensuring every team member feels seen, heard, and supported.


Hiring & Talent Hunting:

  • Work with our team leads in figuring out what kind of talent we need.
  • Write snappy JD’s and design interview processes that actually make sense.
  • Hunt down candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, or anywhere talent hangs out.
  • Go through resumes, portfolios, and references to spot the right fit.
  • Represent us at job fairs and other events (aka be our HR face out there).


Onboarding & Culture:

  • Take care of the entire onboarding journey—right from the first call to the first week at work.
  • Make sure every new hire feels comfortable, connected, and part of the tribe.
  • Give them a brief on how we work, what we value, and how to thrive here.


HR Operations:

  • Keep recruitment records neat and updated (yes, interview notes and all that).
  • Coordinate interviews, keep candidates in the loop, and make sure the process is smooth.
  • Basically, keep things organized and people-first at the same time.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in

    end-to-end recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with platforms like

    LinkedIn Talent Solutions

    and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with HR and industry best practices.
  • Organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
