  • Recruitment & Onboarding

    – Support in sourcing, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating new employee induction.
  • Employee Records & Payroll Support

    – Maintain employee files, leave records, attendance, and assist with payroll-related tasks.
  • HR Policies & Compliance

    – Ensure adherence to company policies, assist in statutory compliance, and maintain confidentiality of HR data.
  • Employee Engagement

    – Organize events, recognition programs, and welfare activities to build a positive work culture.
  • Office Administration

    – Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • General Coordination & Support

    – Act as the point of contact for HR & admin queries, support senior management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
